ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- There was gridlock on southbound I-87 in Rockland after a truck hit an overpass in Chestnut Ridge on Wednesday afternoon. The incident, which occurred around 3 p.m., initially resulted in two lanes being blocked at Exit 14A (Garden State Parkway connection).
