CLOSTER, N.J. — Nonna Clementina's Deli held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new location Tuesday afternoon. "We went through a long battle to get the permits," owner Massimo Grieco told Daily Voice, "But in the end we pulled it off and I am very excited,. The Closter Dock Road deli replaces a gas station at that location after moving down the block. HACKENSACK, N.J. — Hackensack artist Stephanie O'Connor was 11 when she walked miles through the streets of Havana, Cuba, in search of a Coca-Cola. : 8th Annual 'Run The Palisades' 5K/10K In Fort Lee
FORT LEE, N.J. — More than 700 runners participated in the eighth annual 'Run The Palisades' 5K/10K in Fort Lee Sunday morning. The event helped raise $50,000 for the Diabetes Foundation, which provides services programs to help children and adults with diabetes. Chris Mammone of Massapequa and Jen Dimitriadis of Fort Lee took home top spots in the 5K and Daniel White of Cliffside Park and Josie Walsh of Fort Lee finished with the fastest times in the 10K. Hillary Clinton Opening Hackensack Campaign Headquarters Tuesday
HACKENSACK, N.J. — Officials from the Hillary Clinton campaign will open a Bergen County campaign headquarters in Hackensack Tuesday. New Jersey Democratic State Committee Chairman Lou Stellato will be on hand for the 6 p.m. grand opening at 15 Dyatt Place. OLD TAPPAN, N.J. — Northern Valley Old Tappan (NVOT) High School sophomore Ryan Lee stood over his golf ball clutching his seven iron, aiming at the pin 180 yards away. Judge Considers Settlement Between Dumont, D'Angelo Farms Developer
HACKENSACK, N.J. — Dumont residents who oppose the development of D'Angelo Farms into affordable had their day in court during a "fairness hearing" Thursday in Hackensack. UPDATE: Superior Court Judge William C. Meehan will issue a ruling on whether a settlement reached between the borough and developer Landmark Dumont LLC in March is fair to low- and moderate-income households on May 26.
