"The keys weren't in the ignition and the tailpipe wasn't covered, so that didn't have anything to do with it," city Police Director Michael Mordaga told Daily Voice.

Frances McQuaige of Medford, N.Y., died of a heart attack, the Bergen County Medical Examiner found.

The woman "told employees at the Burger King that she was afraid to drive in the snow," Mordaga said. "No one called the police to say that she was there when they closed."

The Cadillac was plowed in and nearly covered during and after Saturday's snowstorm, he said.

City police and firefighters responded to the Hackensack eatery -- along with Bergen County Sheriff's officers and paramedics from Hackensack University Medical Center and Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck -- around 8:30 a.m. Monday.
