"Carrie's classes have elicited rave reviews. You will learn to prepare food that is delicious and inspiring."

Two of the sessions with also feature special guests. On Feb. 16, Kristen Bradley, an integrative nutritionist, will teach the principles of the elimination diet, including who it's appropriate for.
March 9, Dr. Jodie Katz, an integrative physician, "will discuss the science behind the latest functional medicine nutrition recommendations and how to promote optimal health."
The cost is $95 per class and includes a multi-course meal. Each class is limited to 20. To register, call 201-389-0075 or email emangan@valleyhealth.com.
