BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — With Hurricane Jose making its way north alongside the East Coast, the National Weather Service says hazardous weather is expected in parts of Bergen and Passaic counties beginning Monday.
A tropical storm watch was issued Sunday evening for parts of New York and Connecticut, but Jose's impact on New Jersey will be less severe, NWS said.
Monday: Wind and rain chances may increase overnight in advance of the storm.
Tuesday through Thursday: Strong, gusty winds and heavy rain possible, expected to decrease Thursday.
