ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- There was gridlock on southbound I-87 in Rockland after a truck hit an overpass in Chestnut Ridge on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident, which occurred around 3 p.m., initially resulted in two lanes being blocked at Exit 14A (Garden State Parkway connection).
Hungry Hollow Road was closed where it crosses over the thruway due to the striking the overpass.
