A serious crash caused stop-and-go delays on a stretch of southbound I-87 Sunday afternoon in Rockland.
The crash, reported at 3:45 p.m., was between Exit 13 (Palisades Interstate Parkway) and Exit 12 (Route 303), with delays stretching back to Exit 14 before the incident was cleared.
