Car Crashes Down Embankment On I-87 Ramp On Bergen/Rockland Border
A crash in which a car went off the road and down an embankment occurred Friday afternoon just after 3 p.m. on the northbound Garden State Parkway ramp to the northbound New York State Thruway on the border of Rockland and Bergen County.
