Rice was on the Ramsey campus Monday to speak with the football team, coach Mike Teel told NJ.com.

“Ray is not coaching at Don Bosco. He came and talked to my team today. Nothing more. He’s got a great story,” Teel is quoted as saying in the article.

Rice was a standout at Rutgers and a Pro Bowl running back with the Ravens. He was cut from the pro team in 2014 after video surfaced of him punching his fiancé in Atlantic City. Rice has so far been unsuccessful in his attempts for an NFL comeback.
