MAHWAH, N.J. – A special guest will be on hand at Ramapo College of New Jersey this week.

Jose L. Linares, U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey, is scheduled to be a guest speaker on Wednesday, Nov. 16. The program, which begins at 1 p.m. is free and open to the public.
