Mahwah Meeting Pays Tribute To Late Public Works Director

MAHWAH, N.J. – The Mahwah Township Council held multiple tributes to Ed Sinclair, the Department of Public Works director who died the week before, at its Aug. 20 meeting, NorthJersey.com reported.

The meeting took place the day after funeral services were held for Sinclair, who died suddenly on Aug. 13 at the age of 57, according to NorthJersey.com.

Members of the council sang along to the Drifters' “Under The Boardwalk,” one of Sinclair's favorite songs, when it was played during the meeting, according to NorthJersey.com.

Sinclair had worked and volunteered for the town for the past 28 years, NorthJersey.com reported.
