Democratic Gubernatorial Candidates To Speak In Leonia

LEONIA, N.J. – Five of the six Democrats vying for the party’s gubernatorial nomination will share their views at forums in Leonia next week.

State Senator Raymond Lesniak, Teaneck activist Bill Brennan, Tenafly Councilman Mark Zinna and Assemblyman John Wisniewski are running for Governor.

State Senator Raymond Lesniak, Assemblyman John Wisniewski, Tenafly Councilman Mark Zinna, Teaneck activist Bill Brennan and Jim Johnson will discuss their platforms and answer questions at the Leonia Borough Annex.

On Thursday, June 1, at 7 p.m. Brennan, Lesniak and Zina will participate in a forum. Wisniewski will speak on Saturday, June 3, at 6 p.m. And Johnson will speak at On Sunday,  June 4, at 6 p.m. 

The events – which are open to the public – are being sponsored by the Leonia Action Alliance, an activist group with a mission to share ideas and take action to protect human rights and stand up against injustice.
