MAHWAH, N.J. — An overturned tractor-trailer at the end of the flyover from northbound Route 17 to where it merges with southbound Route 287 left a single lane open, causing significant evening rush-hour delays.
A single lane was open for the time being.

Witnesses said the trucker was trying to open the door of his cab to get out.
