Driver Sondra S. Stevenson 24, was stopped in a “No Parking" zone when Officers Victor Migliorino and Tambi Ibrahim pulled alongside to tell her to move the car and caught a whiff around 4 p.m. Tuesday, Police Chief Richard Behrens said.
The officers got out and found a marijuana-stuffed blunt (cigar) on the floor of the driver’s side and a grinder on the passenger side, Behrens said.

Stevenson was issued summonses for possession of both marijuana and drug paraphernalia, parking in a “No Parking” zone, driving an uninsured vehicle and having drugs in a vehicle, he said.
Her passenger, 19-year-old Laonna Sample, was charged with drug possession, the chief said.
Both were released pending a court hearing.
