MAHWAH, N.J. -- A 21-year-old man is facing charges of robbery and drug possession after stealing from a Route 17 convenience store, according to lohud.com .
David Mizrachi, of Monsey in Rockland County is accused of possessing 124 wax packages of heroin and a hypodermic needle soon after he took several items from the Route 17 Gulf Station about 7 p.m., Friday, police told the paper.
Mizrachi was arrested in a fast food restaurant soon after the alleged theft. He's been charged with robbery, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to lohud.
