Seen Him? Alert Issued For Wanted Spring Valley Suspect

Police investigators in Clarsktown are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a wanted man who allegedly harassed his victim and fought with police attempting to arrest him.

The Clarkstown Police Department issued an alert regarding 34-year-old Moise Salnave, who is wanted on charges that include criminal mischief, resisting arrest and harassment. His last known address was in Spring Valley.

Police described Salnave as a 5-foot-8 African American with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts has been asked to contact investigators at the Clarkstown Police Department Warrant Unit by calling (845) 639-5880.
