BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. — Experience a problem at any Bergen County polling place Tuesday? There’s a hotline to report issues: 1-866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683).

The state-of-the-art line is run by Election Protection, a nonpartisan coalition of 100 civic organizations that focuses solely on the voter, regardless of who he or she supports.

The hotline is administered by the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.

It’s companion line — 1-888-Ve-Y-Vota — is administered by the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials Education Fund.

Election Protection runs comprehensive voter protection field programs nationwide.

Throughout the election, its volunteers will be entering data into Our Vote Live, an interactive database that provides a comprehensive picture of election irregularities everywhere.

The League of Women Voters site provides hotlines for those who speak other languages.
