Joan Tarrant will lead a 10-week beginner series teaching the basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and how to feel in balance on and off the mat. Wear comfortable clothes to move freely. Bring a yoga mat, towel, water and a positive spirit.
There is no registration but space is limited to the first 32 people who arrive to class.
