MAHWAH, N.J. -- Want to feel renewed, refreshed and invigorated as you carry on to the weekend? The Mahwah Library is offering a short meditation session Tuesday evenings beginning Oct. 13 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the library, 100 Ridge Road in Mahwah.
Nirmal Mulki will present this adult program in the large meeting room.
Meditation can reduce stress, relieve pain, and recharge mind and body. Mulki has over 12 years’ experience in Sahaja Meditation.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and may drop in on as many sessions as they like.
