Join Urban Anthropologist, Sherrill D. Wilson, to explore the lore, history and traditions of two of Americas favorite foods, using John T Edges books: "Apple Pie: An American Story" and "Fried Chicken: An American Story."

Cuisine Americana is free. Seating is limited and registration is necessary.
