The event will take place at Stevens Karate 91 Interstate Shopping Center in Ramsey.
The event aims to bring awareness and financial support to the charities who serve families with children with various special needs and/or terminal illnesses.
There will be divisions for all ranks. There is a $25 fee to enter the tournament. All proceeds will go to charity.
