MAHWAH, N.J. – A Sahaj Samadhi Meditation course will be conducted from Friday, July 22 through Sunday, July 24 at the Mahwah Happiness Center.
Course times are 6:30-9:30 p.m. Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday and 1-3.30 p.m. Sunday.
Led by Premkumar Perumal, the course will teach an ancient practice that allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into itself in a natural, effortless way. As the mind settles down, it lets go of tension and stress and centers itself in the present moment, said a press release about the course. Sahaj means natural or effortless while Samadhi means a state of deep peace and rest that underlies all thought and activity.
The course includes personal instruction and group classes.
The Mahwah Happiness Center is a center of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a humanitarian leader, spiritual teacher and an ambassador of peace.
Course fees are:
- Regular fee: $395
- Student fee: $295
- Repeater fee: $100
The Mahwah Happiness Center is at 200 Route 17 South, Suite A, Mahwah.
