FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- A man who calls himself "the last Jewish gangster" will tell how organized crime disrupted American Nazi party rallies in the 1930s during a talk in Franklin Lakes next week.
Myron "Shugie" Sugerman will also tell of how the Jewish mafia supplied money and weapons to the underground armies during Israel’s fight for independence, among other stories, at the Chabad Jewish Center on Pulis Avenue.
A former gangster and international gambling point man, "Shugie" recently published "The Last Jewish Gangster: From Meyer to Myron."
